At ID Coachworks we like to look after our customers and we appreciate people taking the time to add positive comments as the majority of our work is through recommendation.
Customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities along side providing a reliable and efficient service to every customer existing and new.
“Good work at a fair price. However, if using the pick up and return service, paying the bill is more complicated than it should be. You cannot pay by card over the phone and the driver does not carry a mobile card reader, so it has to be cash, which is pretty old fashioned in this day and age.”
“Friendly, efficient staff. Carried out a free diagnosis to determine where the leak was coming from and repaired it for a very good price. I would definitely use and recommend this place in future if/when required.”
